In massage therapy sessions, we address your ‘problem areas’ – such as tight muscles, stiff joints, chronic pain, etc. – within the context of your whole body. Our intention is to integrate the whole body back into functional, pain-free movement. Our core modality is Myofascial Release massage therapy.

Unwind’s licensed therapists are intentional, well trained and educated, experienced, and may use different modalities during your treatment session.
In all our massage therapy, facials, and body treatments, we use skin care products by Sweetbody Laboratories.
