Online Booking / Payment / Cancellation Policy

We require a card on file to book online, but no deposit is required.

We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment.
If you do not provide adequate notice, you may be charged in full for the appointment.

NO CALL / NO SHOW - you will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
In the case of a no-show, your card on file will automatically be charged in full for the appointment. 

Zero Tolerance Policy

Harassment is defined as “any physical or verbal behavior that offends, intimidates, or creates a hostile work environment for a protected group of people”. At Unwind Therapeutic Massage & Spa this policy applies to all people, not just “protected groups”. This includes toward clients and coworkers, as well as behavior by clients toward LMTs or any other person in our office environment.
 
Unwind Therapeutic Massage & Spa has zero tolerance for any type of intimidation, harassment, and/or sexualization of massage therapy or the relationship between client and massage therapist, and any such innuendo or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.
